John C. Norwine received his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University before attending the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He has been practicing law for more than 35 years. The CBA is one of the oldest and largest local legal associations in the country, and 2012 is the 140th year since the CBA’s inception in 1872.
