Dan’s practice concentrates on the areas of personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, automobile products liability, serious automobile accidents, employer intentional torts and bad-faith insurance actions.
Dan received his law degree from University of Cincinnati College of Law after graduating from Washington State University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining the firm, Dan clerked for a preeminent medical malpractice firm. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio and the federal courts in the Southern District of Ohio.

Dan recently shared his experience in medical malpractice, employer intentional torts and products liability cases in a presentation entitled “Screening the Tough Ones” for the Cincinnati Bar Association. Dan is currently serving as the Secretary of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Cincinnati Bar Association and has been selected to participate in the CALL (Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers Class XIII) Program. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Ohio Association for Justice (formerly the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers), Potter Stewart Inn of Court, Clermont County Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
A fourth generation practicing attorney, Dan is committed to assisting the community by handling pro bono cases for the Volunteer Lawyers Project. The Volunteer Lawyers Project is a joint effort of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati, and is dedicated to ensuring that all members of society have equal access to the judicial system, regardless of economic status.
Dan is married with one child. In his free time, Dan enjoys golfing, basketball and exercising.
