Viewers of Moore Law had an assortment of questions about “Divorce & Child Custody” as host and local TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore welcomed Cincinnati child support lawyer Phyllis G. Bosslin from the law firm of Phyllis. G. Bosslin & Associates. Don introduced Phyllis by noting that he has known her for more than 25 years. “I want everybody to know that Phyllis has been doing this for a long time and she really, really does it well,” Don said. “She’s been recognized in many respects.”
“People should start calling a family law attorney as soon as they think they’re going to need one—at the very beginning of the process,” Phyllis said. “If they’re contemplating divorce, or if they think their spouse is contemplating divorce, they need to get and they need to get a lawyer who specializes in family law.”
Deb, Don and Phyllis took a number of viewer calls including questions about such topics as child custody rights following an unmarried couple’s separation from Linda in Cincinnati, the rights of grandparents from Joe in Northern Kentucky and two questions about how assets are divided from both Joe in Clinton County and Joni in Brown County.
