The Moore Law Firm is looking for someone with a passion for teamwork to join our office as a Paralegal.

The Moore Law Firm represents those who have been seriously injured or those whose loved ones have been killed by the wrongful actions of others. Our cases arise from heavy truck crashes, automobile crashes, medical malpractice, product defects, and other fact patterns. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our practice. Our Paralegals assist clients and their claims through the pre litigation, litigation, and trial phases. They work closely with clients with compassion and work well with our attorneys and office team. With courtesy and competence, our paralegals also have substantial contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers and opposing counsel and their support teams. Daily tasks include communicating via phone and email with insurance adjusters, defense office personnel, clients, and various other individuals connected to our cases; drafting pleadings, interrogatories, and requesting for production of documents; summarizing medical records; speaking with clients; preparing demand packages; and searching for and coordinating the involvement of experts in our cases.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of personal injury experience.

Excellent communication and people skills are a must.

Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
