Dan Moore, one of our law firm's talented Cincinnati personal injury lawyers, has stepped up to a new leadership role—he is now a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Bar Association (CBA). In this volunteer position, Mr. Moore is a part of the bar association's governing body, meaning that he will be responsible for assisting with important decision making for the organization. Mr. Moore has been actively involved in the bar association in the past through his leadership and participation in multiple CBA committees.

In the September 2013 CBA Report (p. 26), the bar association gave examples of Attorney Moore's current and past involvement in the organization. As noted in the report, the lawyer is a current member of the CBA's Professionalism Committee, and he is the immediate past chair of the association's Solo Small Firm Committee. He is also a graduate of the organization's Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (Class XIII). Aside from his own involvement in the Cincinnati Bar Association, Attorney Moore also comes from a longer background of CBA membership. In the Moore family, he represents the fourth generation of Cincinnati lawyers, with all of those attorneys having been members of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Attorney Moore has the privilege of being a board member of one of the largest and oldest local legal associations within the nation. Dating all the way back to 1872, the bar association today has more than 4,500 members, according to the CBA website. The new board member position allows Mr. Moore to further contribute to the organization's mission of providing important services to its members and to the general public—services such as legal programs, legal education, community service projects and referrals.

Mr. Moore has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars™ list each year from 2010 through 2013. As a lawyer who only handles personal injury cases, he is fully committed to helping victims obtain the financial recovery they need after they are wrongfully injured.
