Cincinnati estate planning lawyer Thomas L. Cuni from the firm of Cuni, Ferguson & LeVay Co., LPA, will join Moore Law host and local TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore to take viewer questions about “Business and Estate Planning.” Deb, Don and Tom will discuss such legacy planning concerns as trusts, wills and small business succession in addition to many other areas whenMoore Law airs live this Monday at 9:30 a.m. on WXIX-TV, FOX19.

Tom has been practicing for more than 35 years with a primary concentration on business and corporate law. He also handles cases involving real estate, estate planning and probate. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1969, Tom spent the next three years serving as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army before returning to UC and receiving his Juris Doctor in 1975. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Bar Association and served as President from 2009-2010.

Viewers unable to call on Monday can also submit their questions via the show’s “Moore Law Connection” segment.
