Moore Law viewers will be invited to “Ask Us Anything” as Cincinnati personal injury lawyer Dan Moore joins his father Don Moore in welcoming John B. Caldwell from the West Union, Ohio-based firm of Young & Caldwell, LLC this Monday, July 9, 2012. Viewers can ask whatever legal questions they want, whether it relates to medical malpractice, workers compensation or car accidents when Moore Law airs this Monday at 9:30 a.m. on WXIX-TV, FOX19.
Caldwell is one of the founding members of his firm and has been practicing law for more than 37 years. Like Don, Caldwell received his Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. His firm handles criminal defense, civil litigation, tax preparation services and estate planning issues in addition to personal injury, auto accidents and civil litigation. Caldwell’s nearly four decades of legal experience in many areas of law should be a tremendous resource for viewers.
Different attorneys from the Ohio and Kentucky legal communities will be making guest appearances on Moore Law, which is executive produced by Attorneys Online™, Inc. Moore Law is educational programming from WXIX-TV, and while our attorneys will answer all viewer questions, it will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.
If you have been injured or have lost a loved one as a result of another person's negligence, you deserve to be fully compensated for your losses. Whether you were hurt in a truck accident or auto accident, have suffered injuries as a result of a medical malpractice incident or were a victim of corporate negligence — the simple fact is that you should not be forced to pay the price for another person's careless or reckless actions.
