Next Episode of ‘Moore Law’ to Answer Questions about Fighting the Insurance Company

Whether you are having questions about an issue with home, car or health insurance, the next episode of Moore Law will be your opportunity to get answers as host and local TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore discuss “Fighting the Insurance Company.” Deb and Don invite viewers to call with their questions relating to bad faith claims, coverage issues or the appeals process this Monday, April 9, 2012, at 9:30 a.m.

While attending the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, Don worked as a full-time insurance claims adjuster for one of the largest insurance companies in the world. During that time, he investigated and negotiated claims for some the largest coporations in the world, and later went on to serve as Chairman for the Tort & Insurance Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association from 2005 until 2006. Don has more than three decades of experience representing clients in matters involving personal injuries, medical malpractice and insurance bad faith claims.

Different attorneys from the Ohio and Kentucky legal communities will also be making guest appearances on Moore Law, which is executive produced by Attorneys Online, Inc.
