The topic for the second episode of Moore Law this Monday, March 19, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. will be “Love & The Law.” Local TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore will be joined by guest attorney Ellen Rittgers. A domestic relations lawyer with more than three decades of private practice experience, Ellen will be able to draw on the past 25 years she has limited to family law issues such as divorce, dissolution and child custody to provide insight and options that hopefully serves the best interest of viewers.
As a member of Lebanon, Ohio-based Rittgers & Rittgers, Ellen has vast experience in custody matters of every kind, including medical and school issues. Like Don, Ellen was selected as one of Ohio’s SuperLawyers. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Ellen graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School in 1979. Combined with Don’s diverse practice experience, including more than 30 years of handling personal injury claims, the two attorneys look forward to answering all callers’ questions about divorce, child custody, child support, and more!
Different attorneys from across the Tristate area will make guest appearances every week on Moore Law, which is being executive produced by Attorneys Online, Inc.
Moore Law is educational programming from WXIX-TV, and while our attorneys will answer all viewer questions, it will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.
If you have been injured or have lost a loved one as a result of another person's negligence, you deserve to be fully compensated for your losses. Whether you were hurt in a truck accident or auto accident, have suffered injuries as a result of a medical malpractice incident or were a victim of corporate negligence — the simple fact is that you should not be forced to pay the price for another person's careless or reckless actions.
