Two Cincinnati Injury Attorneys Appear on ‘Moore Law’ Debut

During the debut of Moore Law on Monday, the show’s host, TV journalist Deb Haas, was joined not only by attorney co-host Don Moore, but also by his son, Cincinnati personal injury attorney Dan Moore. Dan appeared as the show’s first guest when the new weekly half-hour call-in television show debuted on WXIX-TV, FOX19. As Dan said on the program, not only is his father a lawyer, but his grandfather, great grandfather and uncle were or are also lawyers. “It’s a family problem, some would say,” Dan joked.

Like his father, Dan also represents clients for injuries or wrongful death arising from car wrecks, defective products, medical malpractice and corporate negligence. He is affiliated with such organizations as the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice and the Volunteer Lawyers Project, which provides legal services to low-income citizens in seven southwest Ohio counties. Dan was also named a SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2010 and 2011.

Dan is admitted to practice before all state courts in Ohio and Kentucky, and the U.S. Federal District Courts in the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky. Other attorneys in the Ohio and Kentucky legal communities will also be making guest appearances on future episodes of Moore Law, which is being executive produced by Attorneys Online, Inc.

Moore Law is educational programming from WXIX-TV, and while our attorneys will answer all viewer questions, it will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.
