Employer Intentional Tort

In Ohio there is a special category called of injury case called employer intentional tort cases, now all that is, is a fancy name of saying that if an employer breaks so many rules and is so careless with respect to the treatment of their employees and that results in a serious injury that they may be held liable for damages over and above workers compensation.
