Cincinnati attorney Richard D. Nelson from the firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Stanford, LLC, will join host and local TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore to discuss bankruptcy this Monday, April 16, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. on WXIX-TV, FOX19.

Richard has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in the Southern District of Ohio since 1990, and has appeared in numerous federal and state courts. He has been involved in a variety of financial and bankruptcy related cases and litigation matters. Richard also has extensive experience in representation of debtors, creditors, and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases and in out-of-court workouts. Like Don, Richard has also been selected as an Ohio SuperLawyer.

Different attorneys from the Ohio and Kentucky legal communities will also be making guest appearances on Moore Law, which is executive produced by Attorneys Online, Inc.

Moore Law is educational programming from WXIX-TV, and while our attorneys will answer all on-air questions, it will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.
