Cincinnati Greyhound Bus Crash Injures 34

A Greyhoud bus departed Cincinnati and was en route to Detroit when it drove off of the roadway, struck a tree, chainlink fence and then overturned early this morning at approximately 4 a.m.. It finally ceased movement in a nearby corn field. The accident happened on the I-75 between SR129 and SR63 in Monroe, Ohio. There were a total of 52 passengers on board; of that number, 34 were injured. Some of the injured were transfered to local hospitals via air due to their injuries. The I-75 was shutdown in the crash area for a period of time with the far right lane remaining closed for the time being. There were no other vehicles involved in the accident.
