Secure the Truck

It’s extremely important that a truck be secured immediately after an accident. And what I mean by that is trucks are mobile by their nature. Trucking companies make money by having their trucks on the road. As soon as an accident occurred the trucking company will do everything they can to get control of their vehicle to have it dismantled, to have it repaired and to have it put back out on the road. For a person who has been injured as a result of the trucking company negligence or as a result of negligence by the truck driver it is critical to get a court order to secure that truck so it doesn’t get taken apart and nothing happens to it before mechanical engineers, accident reconstruction specialists or others can take a look at the truck and see what roll that piece of equipment played in the cause of the wreck.
